“I always hear people say that they do not have time for themselves and to do things that make them happy. That is why so many people suffer from depression these days. That happens because they do not know how to manage their time correctly. The best advice I can give to people is to start a journal. Once you have a journal, you know exactly how much time you should be spending on different tasks. That makes your schedule organised. Every day you should spend at least 1-2 hours on things that inspire you. Life is too short to be always stressed about everyday life and forget ourselves.” Says Gabriella. Gabriella writes a journal daily, which helps her with time management. Also, it helps her clients. “I have coached many people with too much stress because they did not know how to organise their time. Once they started a journal, everything became more clear. They realise they can finally spend time doing things they like, reducing their stress. To start a journal, you must write down your goals, break them down into tasks and write how much time you will spend on them. Then set a few hours per day for exercise, meditation, hobbies and time for family and friends. Also, limit time on things that do not benefit you, like watching TV, playing video games or scrolling on social media. It is shocking how much time people waste on social media these days. Ir should be limited.” Says the young woman.
