1. Hello Taylor, we’re thrilled to have you on our media. Please tell us a little bit about your background and how you ended up choosing your field.
Women’s Empowerment Coaching wasn’t something I have come across much online and I wanted to change that. I started out online in marketing, first working for a company and then venturing off on my own. I was helping women successfully market their online businesses for quite some time but somewhere down the line I realized the major thing that was holding them back from financial growth was their mindset. Most, if not all calls included some mindset coaching, pep-talk or something to boost confidence in my clients. So, to better serve them I became certified as an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach on the side. Little did I know that this would completely change the trajectory of my business. I found a way to combine Mindset and Business coaching that would not only amplify financial results but create overall success and a more fulfilling life for my clients. Now I label myself as a Women’s Empowerment Coach and help women from around the world build their self-confidence and their online business’.
2. What advice would you give to someone asking for advice about becoming an entrepreneur?
Something that took me a bit to learn was that becoming an Entrepreneur is not a career change, it is something you become. In the beginning, your work days will be long and things will seem quite challenging. The key to becoming a lifelong Entrepreneur is in your daily habits. To work harder, pay close attention to your health and embrace failure. If you hope to build a successful business and create true financial freedom, you have to be willing to do what the average person will not. For anyone wondering what it takes to become an Entrepreneur, there are a few words that come to mind. Perseverance, strength, confidence and authenticity. You have to be willing to put yourself out there and never quit when things aren’t going your way. If you see things through to the end, stay focused and work hard, you can create the life of your dreams.

3. What would you say was the single most influential factor in your business’ success?
My morning routine has had the biggest effect on my business’ success, hands down. Until I learned the true power of routine, I was sleeping in, waking up tired and procrastinating most of my day. When I really buckled down and committed to an extremely effective morning routine, everything changed. The routine I believe is so powerful because it encompasses balance for all major areas of self development. During the first 2 hours of my day you’ll find me working out, doing yoga, meditating, journaling and cooking a nutritious breakfast. All of these activities help me to become more mindful, more focused, more disciplined and healthy. Naturally, this growth flows into other areas of my life such as my business. It’s helped me show up as a completely different person.
4. What 3 books would you recommend every entrepreneur read?
Building A Storybrand by Donald Miller, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and 7 Figure Marketing Copy by Sean Vosler. Two out of the three of these books are about copywriting and for a very important reason, copy is important in every step of the buying process for your customers. When you are trying to attract leads, when you are converting them into your community, and when you are trying to close the sale. You can succeed in all other areas of your business, but without great copywriting you will be missing a key component in making sales. To expand more on the books themselves, Building A Storybrand is an easy and interesting read. Once you get through the book, you will quickly realize how storytelling has played a role in every thing you’ve ever bought, watched or loved. The Compound Effect is more of a self-development book that will give you some tough love and teach you the true path to daily motivation and success. Lastly, 7 Figure Marketing Copy not only teaches every great copywriting trick in the book but it includes timeless lessons and templates for you to plug and play into your own business.
